Returns Information and Refunds

We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. If you require returning any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, please contact Hire and Supplies on 01387 265882 or admin@hireandsupplies.com quoting your original invoice number. We will raise a return for you and provide you with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number.

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier with the RMA number on the box.

We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice to help identify the parcel.

We will refund the total cost of the goods. We can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge. Please contact us on 01387 265882 for uplift prices.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to return any items not required after 14 days then we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15%. Alternatively you can arrange your own return.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items

If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 01387 265882 or email us at admin@hireandsupplies.com quoting your original invoice number. We will supply a RMA number which must be written on the box of the returned goods.

Hire and Supplies will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred?

Please inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period we will handle your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge may apply and any customs charges or duty must be paid by the customer.
